The Brief
Ingenious needed to grow sales online. They wanted to grow their subscriber base to create a predictable revenue stream from their products. This would also help Ingenious to identify their best and most loyal customers and make their buying experience as easy as possible.
Our Approach
Although they already had a subscription offering, it needed improving:
- We made the new subscription renewal system fully automatic, making it a joy to use for their customers
- We linked in a refer a friend system, so customers can get store credits which are automatically deducted from renewals when they refer friends to also buy Ingenious supplements
The Result
Since launching their new subscription service in 2019, the results have been very strong:
- 300% increase in subscribers
- Subscribers are remanning active subscribers for longer – increasing their lifetime value
- We’ve given customers control over their subscription – allowing them to pause their subscription and cancel at any time
